Terms and conditions - Ekomonde

Welcome to Ekomonde! These terms and conditions apply to all purchases in our webshop. By shopping with us, you agree to these terms and conditions.

1. General

These terms and conditions apply to purchases of artwork and products from Ekomonde. The terms and conditions comply with the Swedish Consumer Purchase Act.

2. Agreement

The agreement between you as a customer and Ekomonde becomes binding when you have placed your order and we have sent an order confirmation to your email address.

We reserve the right to refuse orders in the following cases:

  • Suspected fraud
  • Incorrect information
  • Previous payment problems

3. Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in your local currency based on your location (SEK, EUR, USD, etc.) and include VAT where applicable.

  • Swedish customers: Prices include 25% VAT
  • EU customers: Prices include VAT according to your country's rate
  • Non-EU customers: Prices exclude VAT

Payment methods:

  • Credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
  • Klarna (pay now, pay later, split payment)
  • Apple Pay / Google Pay
  • Shop Pay

Payment is taken when the order is placed. Production starts after payment is confirmed.

4. Delivery

Delivery time: Since each product is printed uniquely for you, the delivery time is normally 5-10 working days from order. Can be longer outside EU residents.

Shipping cost: The shipping cost is displayed at checkout before you complete the purchase.

Delivery Address: You are responsible for providing the correct delivery address. We cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery due to an incorrect address.

Delayed delivery: If delivery is delayed more than 30 days from order, you have the right to cancel the purchase and receive a full refund.

5. Right of withdrawal and return

IMPORTANT: Since our products are manufactured uniquely after your order, the 14-day right of withdrawal does NOT apply according to Section 9 of the Distance and Door-to-Door Sales Act (2005:59).

However, you always have the right to return the product if:

  • Defective or damaged product
  • Error in printing
  • The product does not match the description.

6. Complaints

If the product is faulty or damaged, you have the right to complain according to the Consumer Sales Act.

Complaint period: You must complain within a reasonable time from the time you discovered the defect, normally within 2 months.

How to advertise:

  1. Contact us at mail@ekomonde.se
  2. Describe the error and attach a photo.
  3. We will assess the matter and get back to you with a solution.

Your rights in case of error:

  • Remedial (new product or repair)
  • Price reduction
  • Cancel the purchase (refund)

7. Force majeure

We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to circumstances beyond our control, such as:

  • Natural disasters
  • War or pandemic
  • Strike or blockade
  • Fire or flood
  • Problems with our suppliers or shipping companies

8. Personal data

We process your personal data in accordance with GDPR. Read more in our Privacy Policy .

9. Intellectual property rights

All images, texts, logos and designs on ekomonde.se are owned by Ekomonde and are protected by copyright law.

When you purchase a work of art, you gain the right to:

  • Use it privately in your home
  • Resell it as a physical item

You may NOT:

  • Reproduce or copy the artwork
  • Using it commercially
  • Sell digital copies

10. Disputes

In the event of a dispute, we encourage dialogue between you and Ekomonde. If we cannot reach an agreement, you can:

  • Use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr (for EU customers)
  • Contact the Swedish National Complaints Board (ARN): www.arn.se
  • Contact the Swedish Consumer Agency: www.konsumentverket.se Swedish law applies to these terms and conditions.

11. Changes

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions. Changes will be effective when posted on the website. Your purchase will be subject to the terms and conditions in effect at the time of purchase.
