Return policy - Ekomonde

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Ekomonde. Since each artwork is printed uniquely for you, special conditions apply to returns.

IMPORTANT: Right of Withdrawal

Our products are custom-made to order (print-on-demand). According to EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) Article 16(c), the 14-day right of withdrawal does NOT apply to personalized or custom-made goods. This means you cannot cancel your order or return the product simply because you changed your mind. However, you always have the right to return defective or incorrect products.  

14-Day Return Right for Defects or Errors

 You have the right to return your product within 14 days of receipt if:

  • The product is defective or damaged
  • Errors in printing (colors, quality, design)
  • The product was damaged during transport
  • You received the wrong product In these cases, you will receive a full refund or a replacement product sent to you free of charge.

Cancellations (Right of Withdrawal)

Since each artwork is printed uniquely for you after ordering, we cannot accept returns in case of cancellation. This applies when:

  • You changed your mind about the color, style, or design
  • The product does not match your interior
  • You ordered the wrong size (please check measurements before purchas

We recommend that you carefully review the product description, size, and preview before placing your order. 

How to Make a Return

  1. Contact us at mail@ekomonde.se within 14 days of receipt
  2. Describe the problem and attach photos
  3. We will assess the issue and provide instructions
  4. Upon approval, you will receive a return address and further instructions

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving and approving the returned product. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
